There’s no satisfaction or success for life science field reps who hang out in their cars, pop into a doctor’s office with samples, scripts, and sandwiches, then mark a box in the CRM that they “Connected” with their target. FlyMedical turns moments into momentum.
FlyMedical provides a cooperative, judgement-free tool for reps to identify context for HCP discussions and self-coach for better workflows and results. It lets field reps focus on consultation and connection—all aimed at fostering trust with themselves and the manufacturer’s brand.

Can FlyMedical help with no-see prescribers?
Highly probable. Prescribers are likely “no-see” because of past interactions that were low value and poorly executed. By engaging with more context and useful meetings, HCPs are less likely to turn away valuable information or opportunities to help their patients.
Does FlyMedical replace our CRM?
No. CRMs are still critical pillars of data for sales and marketing to report key performance metrics. FlyMedical uses CRM content (if available) to build a robust profile of the prescriber. If allowed, it can also update information in the CRM based on HCP engagement the field rep conducts.
How much time does FlyMedical save in research?
Within minutes, FlyMedical can pull from all known information about a prescriber that’s available to the outside world. In addition, it will have first-party information recorded in CRM and anything the field reps provide.
Is FlyMedical watching everything I do?
No. FlyMedical only knows what you’ve told it and what it’s seen from first and second-party data. It logs basic usage information for the benefit of sales managers.
Does FlyMedical replace the need for MSLs?
No. MSLs are critical roles within the manufacturer’s ability to engage. However, with reps outnumbering MSLs 120-to-1, lower tier information can be provided by the field. Additionally, FlyMedical works best with MSLs providing treatment plans and communication they want field reps to use. This also allows MSLs to understand what prescribers are asking and to focus on more discrete information requests.
